Karl is a Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. He is also an Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, Oxford University. An experienced corporate manager prior to joining academia, Moore worked 12 years in sales and marketing management positions in the high tech industry with IBM, Bull, and Hitachi. Since 2006, Karl has been doing a weekly videocast for the Globe and Mail, Canada’s national newspaper, where he interviews leading CEOs one week and the other leading professors from the top universities in the world. CEOs he has interviewed include: Sir Richard Branson, Pierre Beaudoin of Bombardier, Tom Albanese of Rio Tinto, Calin Rovinescu of Air Canada, Daniel Lamarre of the Cirque du Soleil and Carolyn Lerner of Holt Renfrew. He is the author/co-author of 21 refereed journal articles, 10 books, 18 chapters in books and dozens of executive articles. Karl has over 650 Google scholar citations. His next book is PostModern Management: Leading, Managing Working With Under 35s The Way They Want To Be Worked With.
