Contributor Biography

Mr. Gulliver is the Programme Manager for The Edinburgh International Book Festival. Since 2007, he has been responsible for delivering the adult programme in the Festival which in 2009 saw over 550 authors participate in 17 days of events celebrating the best of Scottish, UK, and international literature.

Previous to this role, he curated the Glasgow programme for the 2007 Six Cities Design Festival and worked for the British Council from 2000-2006. At the British Council, he was Arts Manager from 2003-2006, designing and delivering a wide range of arts events and projects working with British and European artists.
