[Video] Jeffrey Sachs explains why he opposes Keystone until Canada gets serious about a climate and energy policy.

This is the second in a series of exclusive videos featuring preeminent economist Jeffrey Sachs. The first video saw Sachs argue for a return to higher tax rates on the wealthiest Americans in order to pay for a decent society. In this second segment, Sachs turns his eye to the fight over the Keystone XL pipeline.
