Rick Perry Debating Again Tonight

You know those events that are so painful, so humiliating you just have to do them over and over again before you can kick it for good? Rick Perry does, and tonight, he will once again participate in a Republican presidential candidate debate, this time in South Carolina. Still recovering from his recent gaffe, the Texas governor has since appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, where he offered the “Top Ten Rick Perry Excuses.” Perry jokingly blamed everything from Bieber's paternity to El Nino and encouraged Americans to send money for all the government agencies they’d like to forget. In fairness to Perry, the real scandal might not be that he forgot the third agency he wanted to eliminate, but the fact that he wanted to eliminate Commerce, Education and Energy agencies in the first place.
