Bachmann: Hurricane Was A Sign from God

The presidential candidate reveals her ability to speak directly to the Almighty at a rally in Florida.

Congresswoman and Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann shared a prophetic message with supporters: Hurricane Irene was a sign from God that the government should reduce deficit spending. At a rally this weekend in Florida, Bachmann told supporters she was frustrated that God was having so much difficulty getting the attention of other politicians and had to turn to natural disasters. Though her reps later said her comments were meant in jest, their message could not be delivered to the thousands of Americans still without electricity from this weekend's hurricane.
