Gather 'round, children...

Hello, Internet! As you might have noticed, posts to The Mark Newsroom have been a little slow (and by that we mean virtually non-existent) today. Not that there isn't news out there today, but we're hard at work on some exciting new projects before one of us (well, me, but we like to use the first-person plural because it lends just the right amount of sophistication to these here digs) heads off to the Big Apple for a long weekend of what looks to be tropical storm-like conditions. In our stead, the ever-talented Riva Gold will be covering Friday on through the weekend to Monday, so be on your BEST behaviour for her while we're gone, mmmkay? If you're good we'll bring you back something nice. And to all of you Tweeps out there who've been so kind as to retweet (now officially a word! Ugh?) and respond to our mini-missives, don't expect much from us over the next four days. With that, stay alert, stay safe, gang.
