Kardashian Plumbs Depths of Stupidity, Sues Old Navy

A lawsuit filed against the clothing retailer over a similar-looking model marks the only time we'll ever talk about Kim Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Old Navy for using a Canadian woman who bears a resemblance to Kardashian in a recent ad. Kardashian claims Old Navy used Toronto model Melissa Molinaro as a knock-off of the reality-TV star, even though Molinaro appears to be a living, breathing, human comprised of different genetic material than Kardashian. The suit says people could be confused into thinking Kardashian endorses Old Navy products, which, in a perfect world, would lead to a marked decline in Old Navy sales. Molinaro has tweeted her disgust at the lawsuit in, well, model-speak, making this quite possibly the dumbest thing that has happened so far this year.
