Three public hearings will be held by the Toronto police civilian oversight committee one year after the G20 fiasco.

Public consultations will be held next month for people with concerns over how police officers handled themselves during last year's G20 summit in downtown Toronto. Anyone who's interested in sharing their two cents over the mass arrests, allegations of police brutality, and squalid conditions of hastily put-together holding cells is invited to apply online to the Toronto Police Services Board meetings before May 25. The board, which is the civilian oversight committee for the Toronto police, has hired retired judge John Morden to preside over the three hearings, set for June 1, 6, and 13 at locations around Toronto.
