Omar bin Laden says his father's death was unlawful and will consider legal recourse while Obama rides high.

One of Osama bin Laden's many, many sons says he and his siblings might sue the U.S. government over the “criminal” killing of their father. Omar bin Laden, Osama's fourth-eldest son, said in comments on an Islamist website that he has the right to pursue legal action over the death of bin Laden, who was apparently unarmed when killed by a team of U.S. Navy SEALs last week. Omar, 30, has been living around the Persian Gulf in recent years. In related news, U.S. President Barack Obama is enjoying his highest approval ratings in more than two years, with 60 per cent giving him a thumbs-up in light of the bin Laden assassination.
