New questions are emerging over who leaked the recent story of NDP Leader Jack Layton's massage parlour run-in to the Sun News Network, as National Post columnist Jonathan Kay and political consultant Warren Kinsella say they were also approached with the story two years ago. On Saturday, Kay tweeted he was told about the story by a "Liberal fixer" days before the last federal election in 2008. The Liberals have denied they were involved with the recent leak. Also on Saturday, Kinsella blogged that he was also approached with the story two years ago but chose not to pursue it because "it would hurt the source more than it would hurt the target."
