More Charges Laid in B.C. Gang Rape Case

  • First Posted: Jan 06 2011 07:58 AM

Two more people have been charged in connection with a sexual assault at a B.C. rave that was captured on camera and posted on the internet.

The incident occurred in September 2010 and shocked the community of Pitt Meadows, just east of Vancouver. Police allege that a 16-year-old girl was raped by several people in a field outside of a drug-fueled party while other partiers looked on, with several taking pictures and video of the attack and later posting them to the internet. A 16-year-old was charged last year with distributing child pornography and now police have charged two more people in connection with the case. Colton Ashton McMorris is facing a sexual assault charge, while Dennis John Allen Warrington has been charged with distributing child pornography.
