Philadelphia led 35-0 after the first quarter and never looked back.

Philadelphia football fans who happen to love dogs are waking up with some conflicting emotions today, after the quarterback who was convicted of running a dog-fighting ring in 2007 put in one of the greatest performances in NFL history in a 59-28 rout of the Washington Redskins. Michael Vick’s future in the game was in doubt after her was sentenced to 23 months in prison for systematic animal cruelty, but he has returned in a big way. Last night he became the first player to throw for more than 300 yards, rush for more than 50, throw four touchdowns and rush for two more in a single game. His first pass of the game was a huge 88-yard touchdown pass.
